Refund Policy

At Meesho, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.

This Refund Policy explains:

• Which products are eligible for a refund.
• How to initiate a return or refund request.
• How long refunds take to process.
• Which refund methods are available for COD and online orders.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must meet the following conditions:

Not Eligible for Refund:

• Products returned after 7 days of delivery.
• Used, washed, or altered products.
• Products without original tags or packaging.
• Innerwear, cosmetics, and personal care items (hygiene reasons).
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Free gifts or promotional items.

Requesting a refund is quick and easy. Just follow these 4 steps:

Once your return request is approved, our delivery partner will pick up the product from your address within 2–4 business days. Please keep the product ready in its original packaging.

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, before it is shipped.

• COD orders: No payment was made, so no refund is required.
• Online paid orders: Full refund initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Orders cancelled after shipping are not eligible for cancellation; a return request must be raised after delivery.

The following charges are not refundable:

• COD Handling Charge (₹20) — Charged for Cash on Delivery orders.
• Any third-party payment gateway fees (if applicable).
• Shipping charges (if any) — Free delivery is currently available on all orders.

However, if the return is due to a damaged, defective, or wrong product received, we bear all shipping and handling charges.

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:

• Take clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
• Raise a return request from My Orders with reason "Damaged" or "Wrong Product".
• Upload the photos/videos as proof when prompted.
• Our team will verify and approve the request within 24–48 hours.

Instead of a refund, you can also opt for an exchange for the same or a different product (subject to availability).

• Exchange available only for size or colour issues.
• Difference in price (if any) will be adjusted.
• Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused with original tags and packaging.

To request an exchange, select "Exchange" instead of "Return" while raising the request.

You can track your refund status anytime from the My Orders section. The status will show:

• Return Requested — Request received, under review.
• Return Approved — Pickup scheduled.
• Picked Up — Product collected, in transit to warehouse.
• Quality Check — Product being inspected.
• Refund Initiated — Refund processed, will credit soon.
• Refund Completed — Amount credited to your account.
